STEP 1: INTRODUCE YOURSELF

STEP 2: SHOW US WHO YOU ARE
Our HR team will review your application and if they think your profile matches the open position, you will be invited for a Skype interview. This takes about 30 minutes and provides our HR colleagues with the opportunity to get to know you a little bit better.
STEP 3: MEET US IN PERSON
After a successful Skype interview, we will invite you to our headquarters in Arnhem for a face-to-face interview. We take the time to understand who you are, your motivations, your professional experience and your qualifications. It is also a chance for you to get answers to any questions you may have.
STEP 4: SHOW US YOUR PRACTICAL SKILLS
We will invite you in for a second interview. Depending on the position, the structure of this meeting varies. For instance, we may ask you to give a short presentation or complete a small assignment. This provides us with an insight into how you would approach practical work situations.
