Recruitment Procedure


    Send us your resume and a cover letter describing why you are the best candidate for the vacancy.


    Our HR team will review your application and if they think your profile matches the open position, you will be invited for a Skype interview. This takes about 30 minutes and provides our HR colleagues with the opportunity to get to know you a little bit better.


    After a successful Skype interview, we will invite you to our headquarters in Arnhem for a face-to-face interview. We take the time to understand who you are, your motivations, your professional experience and your qualifications. It is also a chance for you to get answers to any questions you may have.


    We will invite you in for a second interview. Depending on the position, the structure of this meeting varies. For instance, we may ask you to give a short presentation or complete a small assignment. This provides us with an insight into how you would approach practical work situations.

1. What to wear to an interview at Innova Market Insights?
A: The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and yourself during the interview. If you are unsure what to wear, we would advise you to wear formal business attire.
2. Are you only considering my application for the position I applied for?
A: No, not necessarily. Our HR team always considers all open positions (and also upcoming opportunities) and evaluates your suitability for these roles. It could be that you are a better fit for another position, in which case we will contact you and ask if you would also be interested in that opportunity.
3. Will I be informed when I am not selected for further steps in the recruitment process?
A: Yes, we always want to ensure that you receive feedback regarding your application. If your application was unsuccessful, we will of course let you know.
4. How can I prepare myself for my interview?
A: Preparing for an interview is an essential part of a successful application. We advise you to read about our company and gain an understanding of the responsibilities and challenges of the position you have applied for. Reflecting on how you can apply your current skill set and what you think you still would have to learn will enable you to present the best version of yourself. Write down all the questions you might have: it will help you to fully understand the company and the position you have applied for.
5. How do I apply for an open position?
A: If you see our job advertisements in other recruitment channels, you can use our recruitment e-mail address (, or the option provided in the specific channel. Please note that we only accept online applications.
6. I am really interested working with Innova but I cannot find a suitable opportunity on the career page. Can I still apply?
A: Yes, if there are no current opportunities which fit your profile, we still encourage you to apply to our talent pool. We screen all applications, and if new opportunities arise which match your profile, we will contact you to begin the recruitment process.
