Vor allem in der zweiten H\u00e4lfte des Zeitraums 2018 bis 2023 d\u00fcrften neue Kapazit\u00e4ten in Betrieb genommen werden.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Innovative Biopolymere<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>F\u00fcr innovative Biopolymere wie PLA (Polymilchs\u00e4ure) und PHA (Polyhydroxyalkanoate) werden in den kommenden Jahren steigende Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten und eine wachsende Nachfrage prognostiziert, wenn auch im Falle von PHA ausgehend von einer niedrigen Produktionsbasis.<\/p>\n<p>Mit der voraussichtlichen Markteinf\u00fchrung von PEF (Polyethylenfuranoat) im Jahr 2023, das von einigen Leuten als potenzieller Ersatz f\u00fcr Polyethylenterephthalat (PET) angesehen wird, k\u00f6nnte der Markt f\u00fcr Biokunststoffe einen erheblichen Nachfrageanstieg erfahren. Avantium, ein niederl\u00e4ndisches Unternehmen f\u00fcr erneuerbare Chemikalien, entwickelt PEF, und seine Vorzeigeanlage soll 2023 in Betrieb genommen werden.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Wachstum der Produktionskapazit\u00e4t<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Die Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr alle Biokunststoffe werden den Prognosen zufolge im Jahr 2022 um fast 7 % gegen\u00fcber 2021 und im Jahr 2023 um 11 % gegen\u00fcber 2022 steigen. Dies sind solide Zahlen, die die derzeitigen Investitionen in der Branche widerspiegeln.<\/p>\n<p>Verpackungen sind mit 1,2175 Millionen Tonnen nach wie vor der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anwendungsbereich f\u00fcr Biokunststoffe und machen 2018 fast 58% des gesamten Biokunststoffmarktes aus.<\/p>\n<p>Es ist richtig, dass das Wachstum im Bereich der FMCG-Biokunststoffe <a href=\"\/de\/trends\/verpackung-trends\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Verpackungen Markt<\/a> nicht so schnell gewachsen ist, wie manche es sich vorgestellt hatten. Die Nachfrage steigt jedoch, und immer innovativere und ausgefeiltere Biopolymere werden den Markt stark beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<p>Es besteht kaum ein Zweifel daran, dass sich die Aussicht auf staatliche Vorschriften gegen Einwegkunststoffe in vielen L\u00e4ndern, nicht zuletzt in der EU, auf den Markt f\u00fcr Kunststoffverpackungen auswirken und damit die Produktion und Nachfrage nach biologisch abbaubaren Kunststoffen erh\u00f6hen wird.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Die Hybridflasche von Coca-Cola<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Im August 2019 k\u00fcndigte die Coca-Cola-Wassermarke DASANI die Einf\u00fchrung der Hybridflasche an. Dies ist die erste Coca-Cola-Verpackung auf dem US-Markt, die zu 50 % aus pflanzlichem, erneuerbarem Material (die PlantBottle) und recyceltem PET besteht. Die Hybridflasche wird ab Mitte 2020 landesweit in 20-Unzen-Flaschen erh\u00e4ltlich sein.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Papierstrohhalme von Tetra Pak<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Im Juli 2019 gab Tetra Pak bekannt, dass Kunden mit Feldtests seiner Papierstrohhalme f\u00fcr Getr\u00e4nke-Produkte in Europa begonnen haben. Damit ist das Unternehmen das erste Kartonverpackungsunternehmen in der Region, das solche Strohhalme f\u00fcr Getr\u00e4nkekartons anbietet.
